FAQ

A: We don’t host websites but can recommend excellent hosting companies for your new website. If you are on one of our maintenance plans and wish to switch website hosting company, we can take care of this for you. All we’ll need is some basic information from you and we can handle all the boring bits. 

A. That will partly depend on the service you have, and partly on what updates or backups are required and when. We will always talk you through exactly what you’ll get in our website care and maintenance plans and what you can expect. 

A: We can advise you on your options and guide you towards the plan we think makes the most sense for your circumstances. If you start on a particular plan but find you need to upgrade or downgrade, we will just need the appropriate notice to make this change.
