Backing up your website consistently is crucial for many reasons but most importantly, if your site should need to be restored, transferred or downloaded, I offer external backups.

Monitoring & Security

I have special tools that monitor your site’s traffic and security, protects against potential hacks or breaches, and keep an eye on “up time” to ensure your site is up and running fine.

Website Optimization

To ensure websites load quickly and perform well, the files, database, and media need to be optimized. I have special tools that keep your site running smoothly by optimizing it and cleaning up any unnecessary “web junk.”

Monthly Reporting

You shouldn’t have to figure out what’s happening with your website. I handle that for you by providing a detailed, yet easy-to-understand, monthly report that highlights the work I’m doing on your site each month.

Priority Support

Priority web support is dedicated to providing prompt aid in resolving technical glitches, website downtime, security breaches, and other issues that could disrupt regular operations. As my client, you’ll have priority access to me for updates or to address any questions regarding your website.

Declining the website maintenance plan means taking full responsibility for the security and functionality of your site. You’ll need to handle all updates to plugins, themes, and WordPress yourself. It’s up to you to maintain the security measures on your site. In the event of malware or other compromises, you’ll be responsible for arranging clean-up.

The things that can go wrong if your site is not maintained include:

  • Slow loading times
  • Loss of Google SEO rankings
  • Being blacklisted by Google
  • Security risks
  • No backups if the site gets hacked or breached
  • Out-of-date plugins can break functions in your site resulting in errors on your site
  • You’ll have to rely on your hosting company for support when things go wrong.

No. My website care plan operates on a monthly or annual basis. If you ever need to cancel your subscription, you have the freedom to do so at any time. Billing is based on the month or year that you’ve paid for in advance.

I evaluate each site individually to determine if it aligns with my services. For sites not built by me, there is a minimum setup fee of €250.

In addition to providing website support, I also specialize in website development. Feel free to reach out for a quote on any type of website you need, whether it’s a brochure site, e-commerce platform, a simple blog, or something more intricate.

I offer an initial site clean-up service starting at €300. After that, you can enrol your site in my monthly plan to ensure it stays clean and protected from hacks.

You have the option to buy blocks of hours tailored to your requirements. These blocks are available in increments of 5 (€330) or 10 (€660) + VAT, where applicable.

Depending on the severity of the breach, your site will undergo malware clean-up or restoration from the latest backup, with no extra charge. The only exception would be if your site access was compromised due to insecure login practices. In such cases, cleaning the site would be charged at my hourly rate.

There is no set-up fee if I build your site.
There is a minimum €250 set-up fee if I did not build your site.
You may pay monthly or annually.
There is no cancellation fee. If you pay annually you may cancel at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable.
